We are looking for  new graduates who are motivated to grow and learn within the management of the TAA. You’ll get to work with different teams according to your skills and interests.

Your daily tasks will vary a lot depending on the team and the projects you’re working in. Your tasks could include for example preparing proposals and other materials, analyzing different types of data, preparing materials for meetings, facilitating workshops and/or supporting project management. You will improve your project management skills, presentation, and communication skills.

The teams you could be working within are:

  • RH and skills development
  • Administration and bureaucracy

What we look for:

• • Suitable education in economics, social sciences, statistics, advanced analytics, computer science, information systems, engineering, business analytics, etc. or a related major. You have preferably completed your bachelor’s degree and are soon finalizing your master’s degree or have already graduated.
