Following the 2004 acquisition of the FILEC group, a specialist in the manufacture of automotive wiring harnesses with facilities in France and Tunisia, LECTRIC Tunisia became a subsidiary of the Amphenol group. In 2007, the Amphenol group opened a second production site to meet the growing demand in the automotive market.
